Later Creator Boosts are limited-time opportunities to earn additional commission on select products or brands.
You can find available Boosts in your Opportunities feed. Before sharing, review the eligible products, commission information, and duration of the Boost.
What Is a Boost?
A Boost is a temporary commission increase available on select products or brands.
Depending on the opportunity, a Boost may:
- Increase a brand’s or retailer’s standard commission rate
- Provide additional commission on specific eligible products
Boosts are available for a limited time. Always review the Opportunity details before promoting a product.
Do I Need to Apply for a Boost?
No. Boosts do not require an application or approval.
If you can see a Boost in your Opportunities feed, you can participate in it. The additional commission is applied automatically when a qualifying item is purchased while the Boost is active.
When Does a Purchase Qualify for a Boost?
A purchase qualifies for additional Boost commission when:
- The customer purchases an item identified as eligible for the Boost.
- The Boost is still active when the customer makes the purchase.
Sharing an eligible product while a Boost is active does not guarantee the additional commission. If the Boost expires before the customer completes the purchase, the Boost does not apply.
Always review the eligible products and duration listed in the Opportunity before sharing.
Where Can I Find Boosts?
- To find Boosts:
- Open Later Creator.
- Select More from the navigation.
- Select Opportunities.
The Opportunities section is available on mobile and desktop.
Here you can view:
- Active Opportunities: Boost opportunities currently available to you
- Live Campaigns: Current Boost opportunities you can explore
- Completed Campaigns: Previous Boost opportunities you participated in
If you’re using the Later Creator mobile app and don’t see Boosts, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
How Do Boosted Commissions Work?
Select an Opportunity to review its commission details.
Depending on the Boost, you may see:
- Base: Your standard commission
- Boost: The additional commission available through the Boost
- Duration: How long the Boost remains active
For example, a brand’s standard commission could increase from 10% to 15% for the duration of a Boost. This is an example only; always review the Opportunity for its current commission details.
Some Boosts may instead provide additional commission when a customer purchases specific eligible products through a retailer.
What Is a Partnership Boost?
A Partnership Boost combines retailer commission with additional commission on eligible products from a partner brand.
For example, you may earn the retailer’s commission plus additional commission when a customer purchases an eligible product from a particular partner brand.
Only the products identified as eligible for the Partnership Boost qualify for the additional product-specific commission. A Boost covering certain products from a brand does not automatically apply to every product that brand sells through the retailer.
Always review the Opportunity details to confirm which products qualify.
How Long Does a Boost Last?
Each Boost is available for a limited period.
Open the Opportunity to review its duration and determine when the increased commission is available.
The Boost must still be active when the customer purchases the qualifying item. If it expires before the purchase is completed, the additional commission does not apply.
How Can I Track My Boost Earnings?
You can review performance information directly from the Opportunity.
Boost tracking allows you to distinguish additional Boost earnings from your standard commission.
When Are Boost Earnings Paid?
Your standard commission and eligible Boost earnings are paid through Later Creator’s standard commission cycle.
As with other commissions, Boost earnings may be affected by returns or reversals.
