How the Standard Referral Program Works
Under the standard Referral Program, you earn 10% of an eligible referred creator’s commission earnings for six months after they join Later Creator.
Referral rewards are tracked automatically when the new creator:
- Opens your unique referral link.
- Creates a new Later Creator account through the referral flow.
- Begins earning eligible commission.
- Continues to meet the applicable program requirements.
The 10% referral reward is calculated from the referred creator’s eligible commission earnings—not from the value of their sales.
Where Can I Find My Referral Link?
You can find your unique referral link:
- On the Later Creator Home page on desktop or mobile
- Under More > Referrals

How Referral Tracking Works
For a referral to be attributed correctly, the new creator must use your referral link when creating their account. If they leave the signup process and later return without using your referral link, attribution may not be recorded correctly.
Once the new creator’s account has been created, the referral connection cannot be manually added, transferred, or corrected.
Who Qualifies as a Referral?
To qualify for referral rewards:
- The referred creator must be a brand-new Later Creator user.
- They must create their account through your referral link.
- They must begin earning eligible commission.
- Both accounts must remain in good standing.
- The referral must meet all other applicable program terms.
When Are Referral Rewards Paid?
Referral rewards are paid quarterly, approximately 45 days after the end of each quarter.
Payment may also depend on:
- Later Creator’s standard payout requirements
- Account good-standing requirements
- Minimum payment thresholds
- Verification or review requirements

Where Can I Track My Referrals?
Your referral tracker is available from the Later Creator Home page on desktop and mobile.
The tracker shows available referral-signup information for the current tracking period. Referral earnings are calculated after the applicable referral period closes.
Is There a Referral or Earnings Limit?
No. There is currently no limit on:
- The number of eligible creators you can refer
- The total referral rewards you can earn
However, each referral must still meet the applicable program requirements.
Can I Refer Myself?
No. The Referral Program is intended for introducing new creators to Later Creator.
Creating additional accounts, referring yourself, or attempting to manipulate referral tracking may violate Later Creator’s Terms of Service. Referral rewards may be revoked, and additional account action may be taken.
Limited-Time Referral Promotions
Later Creator may occasionally offer limited-time referral promotions with different rewards, eligibility periods, or incentives for new creators.
When a promotion is active:
- Review its start and end dates.
- Confirm who qualifies.
- Review the applicable referral reward.
- Check whether it changes the standard six-month earning period.
- Review any requirements for the referred creator.
Promotional terms apply only during the dates listed for that promotion. Expired promotions do not apply to new referrals.
